1. Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and fragrance products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@treazurea.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on your preference. We may request photos of the damaged product to expedite the process.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item using our return process, and once it’s processed, you can place a new order for the preferred item.
