Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the courier’s website and entering the tracking number.

Treazurea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
